BLG Land Management LLC was named in honor of the best man I’ve ever known, my dad, Bobby Lee Graham (BLG). After his retirement, my dad started a small farm fencing business, and I worked alongside him, often during the summers and holidays when I was out of school.

It was through that business that he taught me that success wasn’t just about getting the job done—it was about how you treated people while doing it. He taught me the importance of customer service, building lasting relationships, standing behind your work, and delivering a quality product.

Those lessons stayed with me throughout my career and are now the foundation of BLG Land Management. I’m proud to carry on his name and those values through a business built on the same principles he taught me.
